The warm and humid air enters the Shinco home dehumidifier through the back grill, then passes over the cold coil, where the water condenses and collects in the bucket. The dry air is then reheated and blown back into the room by the compressor.

Before using: - Keep the dehumidifier standing upright for 24 hours before plugging it in. - Clean the bucket with potable water every two weeks to avoid scale breeding bacteria. - Clean the air filter with water at least once every 30 days to maintain efficiency, and ensure the filter is completely dry before reinstalling.

Storing the dehumidifier: Make the dehumidifier work in the indoor drying mode. Then cover the dehumidifier with a plastic bag after cleaning the main unit, bucket, and air filter, and store it upright in a dry, well-ventilated place.
