The heating element has been optimized to provide more accurate temperature output and a longer service lifespan. The patented heating element design offers rapid heating with reliable performance, while the built-in temperature detector ensures precise temperature control, protecting your components from temperature overshoot.

The spiraling hot air delivery design of the air vents helps concentrate the hot air in a targeted area, ensuring precise heat delivery. The hot air nozzles are available in 0.4in, 0.32in, and 0.2in diameters, allowing you to tackle a wide range of rework applications.

The air volume can be adjusted based on the size of your components, with lower settings for small and light parts, and higher settings for quickly delivering heat to an area. The temperature can be set between 212°F and 896°F, with precise button-style adjustments in 1-unit increments.

The PID temperature control system keeps the hot air temperature stabilized in real-time, preventing temperature overshoot, instability, and component damage. The auto standby feature reduces unnecessary wear when the hot air gun is unused and improves user safety, automatically cooling the gun to 212°F when placed in the holder.

The WEP 858D hot air rework station is powered by 110V-127V/AC, 60Hz and has a rated power of 700W. It measures L5.9W3.94H5.12in ±0.2in and can operate in ambient temperatures of 0°C~40°C/32°F~104°F. The air flow is provided by a brushless fan with a maximum volume of ≤120 L/min.
